Really good Hotel Experience
genuine hospitality attentive service central train station italian flair
The team showed genuine hospitality, especially Giovanni, Alessandra, Alessio, Gennaro, Ivanka, Roberta, Anna, the valet guys and Maritina. The staff offered prompt and attentive service. The hotel is close to the central train station and the Spanish Quarter. The building itself is beautifully renovated with Italian flair.
The immediate surrounding area appears a bit less inviting.

friendly staff water detail suite room noisy street booked spa old air conditioning
i stayed in a Junior King Suite Duplex. it was awesome! the staff were super friendly and gave me taxi details. the mini fridge had water in it. what a score!
the street outside was noisy! and i wanted a spa day, but it was booked, ugh. also, the air conditioning was old, so the room was hot. bummer!

The staff were very helpful. They provided detailed information. The hotel is in a historic building renovated with italian flair. It offered nice amenities.
The street outside was really noisy so I asked to move. The air conditioning is quite old and really doesn't make much of a difference. It is also on a timer so i woke up at night needing to turn it back on.
