the breakfast selection was good. the location allowed easy walking to many central points in the city. it was also convenient to have parking available at the hotel.
i was not warned about this prior to arrival. the surrounding neighborhood did not feel particularly inviting.

The housekeeping staff did a GREAT job, our room was super clean at any time we needed. Francisco, the breakfast attendant, really stood out. He remembered our preferences and always greeted us with a big smile. the location proved convenient.

the hotel's location allowed easy walks to many central parts of the city, offering convenience. a nearby bus route made travels easier to further destinations. the access to the Tangenziale motorway added to the location's advantage.

The staff was friendly and provided a map with local recommendations. the hotel was very clean. we stayed in the junior suite. It was spacious with a jacuzzi bath.
The room we had was not well soundproofed. I could hear corridor noise. there was a noisy alarm in a neighboring room. the alarm was not fixed despite our report to the receptionist.

david was particularly kind and helpful in every way. he suggested places of interest and explained how to get there. the breakfast staff were equally professional and efficient.
the hotel decor seems dated and the furniture looks old. the wifi was slow. i was repeatedly disconnected. the neighborhood did not feel particularly safe.

The staff were helpful, always ready with directions. i really appreciated the free parking. It made things much easier. my room had a nice balcony too. It was perfect for enjoying some fresh air.
