shaky elevator noisy street
I noticed the elevator seemed a bit shaky, it. also, the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to work properly. it was on, but it barely cooled the room, and i found it difficult to adjust the temperature. the street outside was quite noisy at night. I wish the windows were better insulated. i also thought breakfast could have had more variety.

the breakfast had a wide selection. coffees were great and the terrace offered space to sit inside or outside. the staff was friendly. they provided a map with helpful information.
the area around the hotel was not great. i noticed lots of homeless people and overflowing bins. only drinks bought at the hotel can be consumed on the terrace. this meant the fridge was very useful.

excellent location, great breakfast
great service friendly staff many choices metro station
the breakfast was very good with many choices. the location is next to the metro station. it was very easy to get to main attractions of the city, i liked that a lot. the staff were helpful and friendly, offering great service.
the air conditioning unit was not working, i found it very hot in the room. my spouse had to sleep on the floor because of the heat. it would have been nice with a fan to get cool air.

The breakfast offered a huge choice with a dedicated barrista for coffee. i noticed fresh pastries and several hot options were available each morning. The terrace views added much to my meals.

the breakfast was good. the rooftop area was nice. it had comfortable beds and a generally clean environment.
the room smelled strongly of sewage. this. the street outside was very noisy because the windows did not block sound well.
