the breakfast selection had gluten free options, which i guess is acceptable.
The air conditioning decided to switch off automatically during the night. I needed to phone the staff at 4am so it would switch on again. the room became very stuffy, not a good situation. also, the pictures look misleading. It's located in what i would describe as a terrible area.

the staff were very polite, i felt welcome. breakfast was great with many options. the rooftop bar had a nice atmosphere. i found the free transportation service very useful to overcome the distance from the center.
the noise from the street was a little bit loud at night, i think better soundproofing could improve the sleep quality.

breakfast features a large selection of pastries and hot items and it starts early at 7 am. i saw wall labels that explained each item, very informative. the rooftop restaurant offers dinner with a great view of the city.

the room was spacious and very clean, it included comfortable beds. i saw that each room has modern decoration with elegant touches. the air conditioning system worked well and kept the room cool.

the front desk staff were helpful and kind. mauro, the shuttle driver, gave excellent recommendations for local spots. i appreciated the assistance with taxi arrangements. the hotel also offer free shuttle service to the nearby area.

I really loved the helpful staff. mauro greeted us and handled our bags! he drove us to the city center. It was so convenient. the front desk was kind too. we also really enjoyed the spa. It was peaceful and relaxing after a busy day!
The air conditioning turned off every few hours! the room became really hot. i complained, but nothing improved. I wish they'd fix that!

The staff offered a shuttle bus service with convenient drop-offs and pick-ups throughout the day.
I had difficulty sleeping because of loud music from an event on the rooftop bar and the thin walls. I did not get any compensation from the manager. I felt very disappointed.
