a balanced stay
comfortable bed spacious bathroom beautiful view bus stop meal times limited information
we had a luxury king room with a balcony. the sea view delivered a wonderful vista. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom included l'occitane toiletries.
the bus stop to the city was a short walk away, not outside the hotel. there was a lack of information in the rooms, such as meal times. jet2 information was kept under the reception counter, not readily available.

multiple pools sky lounge jet ski room cleanliness dirty carpet body hair
i enjoyed the multiple pools and restaurants on site. it was easy to spend an entire day at the hotel. the blue sky lounge was very calm. i was able to rent a jet ski, really fun!!!
i thought the room cleanliness was poor. i saw stains and dirt all over the carpet. i even cleaned the toilet myself after i arrived. i had to ask for sheets to be changed because there was body hair on them.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities
varied choices well-kept hotel courtesy staff
I loved the breakfast buffet. It offered a lot of choices. The hotel is well maintained. The staff is courteous. I found the room clean. I also liked the access to all swimming pools and restaurants within the resort!!!

dirty carpet small swimming pools
The hotel location was acceptable. The scenery was nice.
The hotel is advertised as 5 stars, but it is not. The room was large. The carpet was dirty. I was underwhelmed by the general quality. The swimming pools were very small, I expected more.

a beautiful stay
luxury room sea view bathroom toiletries
the luxury king room with sea view balcony fulfilled all promises made in its description. the view was lovely and added a romantic layer to our getaway. the bed provided restful sleep, and l'occitane toiletries completed the perfect bathroom experience. the half board option worked for us, the restaurant had excellent staff.
lack of information was a small issue. information about the hotel facilities was limited to verbal instructions at check-in. i think it would be better if the hotel included a leaflet or a booklet inside the rooms.
