adequate but underwhelming
rigid approach lack of warmth
the sea view from the room was acceptable.
upon arrival, i observed a distinct lack of warmth from the staff. the room i was assigned was not the one i booked. there was no flexibility in addressing this discrepancy, demonstrating a rigid approach.

omelet station wonderful stay rude staff average breakfast
the breakfast had a omelet station and i loved that. i didn't get a free room upgrade nevertheless i enjoyed the room i booked. all in all, it was a wonderful stay, i must say.
the member of staff in the cocktail bar, was unacceptably rude when i tried to order lunch, and that was upsetting.
