the room was a good size. the staff were helpful.
I found the bed too soft. I have a bad back. i had uncomfortable sleep throughout my stay. it was a major issue for me.

i found the room clean and spacious i appreciated the comfortable bathroom. new furniture added a touch of elegance and i loved the air conditioning. the harbour view was astonishing especially at sunset seen from the pool. the free parking was useful and i liked the restaurant's good food.
during breakfast i saw that the heavily soiled tablecloth was not changed after other guests left i noticed new cutlery and napkins placed over the stains.

the hotel features two pools one indoor and one outdoor i noticed the gym is available. there is also spa access for relaxation so that guests can unwind after a long day of exploration.

the hotel is near the port perfect for ferry access i also observed the hotel is situated close to the main road. it makes it easy to reach various points of interest in the area.

I was a little disappointed with the frequency of towel replacement. I expected fresh towels every day (maybe I am too demanding?). It seemed they were only replaced every other day unless I specifically requested it, a little inconvenient. the minibar was not restocked regularly. I had to call down to reception once to get it replenished, a minor but slightly annoying detail.
