Excellent Stay with Great Service

The hotel's location is fantastic. Staff ensured our luggage went to a ferry and saved us a place in line. This service was an amazing touch. The rooftop lounge offered sunbeds, umbrellas, an infinity pool, a gym, and a bar with unparalleled marina views (I spent most of my time there!).
The awkwardly shaped room made it uncomfortable to relax in it much. There were no tea-making facilities despite having a superior room. This would have been a nice addition.

The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. The concierge was ready to assist with any requests, including ferry arrangements and recommendations for local activities. I appreciated this attentive care.

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and promptly took my luggage to the room. The facilities are great. I really enjoyed the indoor infinity pool and the variety of saunas. The breakfast sitting right on the marina had a great range of items!!!
The gym could use some improvements. It seemed to lack some essential equipment for a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel offered assistance with luggage to and from the ferry which was helpful. Check-in included free champagne. The included breakfast was delicious and had great variety. I found the location to be excellent.
The gym equipment was minimal. The gym lacked various equipment pieces necessary for a comprehensive workout. I hope they will add to it.
