The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options (i especially loved the pastries!). the staff were very polite and helpful. They answered all my questions. the hotel has enough restaurants around the hotel, so finding dinner was never a problem. the room was very clean and the maintenance was of high quality.
the pillows were slightly hard, a detail less than ideal for a five-star hotel.

The hotel boasts excellent decor throughout. i especially enjoyed the rooftop patio and pool. the breakfast offered great variety to suit various tastes. the superior spa includes varied showers and baths for relaxation. the blue pool even has jets to massage your spine.

The staff were always helpful and kind. Marco at the front desk arranged a trip to Pompei for me. i found that to be amazing and very convenient.

wonderful hotel with good service

helpful staffrooftop poolroom cleanliness
marco was very helpful upon our arrival. he handled everything for me and my partner with so much care. the room was very clean. i also liked the pool on the building top.
some staffs were not very flexible. almost everything was extra cost. this wasn't really inline with the quality i expect.
