i appreciated the variety of activities available throughout the day they were great for kids. the dining options were plentiful and diverse , made meal times easy and enjoyable. the staff was very attentive always ready to help with any needs we had. i found the resort to be well kept and clean.
i found the beds to be softer than i prefer this affected my sleep quality a little bit. it would be great if there were firmer mattress options available to accommodate different preferences.

an okay stay, some issues found
pool messrude staff
i gotta say, the cleanliness wasn't great. one day, there was a mess in the pool, and it stayed there most of the day. didn't feel like swimming after that. also, the entertainment team felt kinda boring. i been to many places, and this one's entertainment wasn't the best. the reception staff seemed a bit rude too, not very friendly at all. for the price, i expected more, it weren't up to par.

the resort provided large rooms with necessary toiletries and a mini fridge.. that was very helpful.
the staff did not serve drinks around the premises and one had to go to the bar and wait, not ideal. the restaurants operated only at specific times and the staff started removing food 30-60 minutes before closing. the mattresses were old and caused back pain.

the travel from the airport took about 30 minutes. all of the staff members i met were always smiling and ready to assist. the resort had wonderful facilities. the views from the beach at sunset were great, and there was a lot of different food.
parking felt limited, and i had to ask for assistance to find a spot, though it was eventually resolved. i think adding more spaces would prevent possible frustration .

The food options were diverse , and everything tasted fresh. The pools offered ample space , and I always found a lounger available. The daily cleaning service kept my room super clean , and the mini-bar was restocked consistently. I particularly enjoyed the evening entertainment.
The mixed drinks were inconsistent , and the quality varied depending on the bartender. Sometimes the drinks tasted great, and other times they were undrinkable , so improvements are needed.
