the bar area was very lovely. the gardens were really good and beautiful. the pool area was also very lovely (i spent most of my time there!).
my room was a bit too close to the corridor and there was some noise.

The suite was spacious and suited my needs perfectly. i found the spa a lovely addition. It provided very relaxing treatments. i also dined in the bar area. The food was amazing!!!
the hotel needs a general refurbishment and i observed some areas that were worn.

accessible parkingbig roomquality eggs
i found parking very accessible with many spaces available. a queen size bed was in the big room. the breakfast included quality eggs and bacon.
the hotel did feel slightly dated.

the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items. the staff were friendly.
the spa pool was not clean. there was dirt on the steam room floor. the jacuzzi water was cold making it unusable.

The hotel provided welcome birthday chocolates. The outside seating area was also modern and comfortable. It was a nice bonus.
The wallpaper was peeling. That's a shame. The bathroom seemed basic. old and missing bits. It needs some work!

the staff were polite and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.
The room i stayed in felt quite run down with a worn carpet and stained chairs. The headboard was also worn. a wall socket was hanging off beside the bed. The bath panel was corroded. i don't think we would return.
