uneven experience at this hotel

the golf course grounds ARE maintained .
I was REALLY frustrated with several aspects of my stay. THE room lacked proper cleaning. I saw dust and grime in corners. i found the minibar non-functional and the furniture seemed outdated. plus, the noise from nearby guests late at night was very disruptive.

i noticed the shower temperature was difficult to adjust!

The gym is well-equipped. I noted the presence of treadmills and stationary bikes. The swimming pool area features many loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. My room included two separate sinks and a powerful rainfall shower, a plus.
The bed seemed to dip slightly in the middle. I believe it was two single beds pushed together. This caused a minor discomfort during sleep.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. They facilitated an early check-in. This was especially helpful because I was attending a wedding and needed to settle in quickly. They remained courteous despite the high number of guests.

Fantastic Golf Break!

I played both golf courses. Emerald course was in top condition. The large rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food was very good, and Amy and Evie in the Denby Suite bar took great care of our group, they were so nice (i mean it!) and helpful.
The breakfast was okay, but on the second day, they ran out of yogurt. It was only 8:45am, breakfast is supposed to last until 9:30am.
