amazing stay!
super friendly staffbeautiful groundromantic bridge
the staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed (which i really appreciated). the grounds are beautiful. I especially loved the fountain and the romantic bridge. it made for lovely evening walks.
the parking situation was a little tricky. i noticed there weren't always enough spaces available when i returned to the hotel later in the day.

The spa offers a range of treatments. I enjoyed the steam room. It accommodates about two or three people comfortably. The pool area had a sufficient number of loungers .

The Palm Court restaurant served a nice carvery. It had great meats and vegetables. I found the desserts very tasty, and my dad enjoyed a fish dish. All the dining staff were lovely!

The room was huge. The bed was massive and comfy. the hotel features two distinct dining options, a pub-style venue and a more formal restaurant.
the price of drinks was a bit high and i received seventeen emails about my visit, it was excessive. the bar service was slow!

my anniversary upgrade at check-in added a special touch and palm court's sunday carvery impressed us with tasty food. the staff handled my partner's allergy very well. the cocktails were perfect and the room had nice, thoughtful touches.
the ev charging point was the only slight downside since there was just one
