Splendid Stay

wonderful walkfriendly staffgreat viewmany choices
The grounds provide many opportunities for a wonderful walk. The breakfast offered many choices and met my needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room has a great view with the lake visible from the window, I stayed in room 135.
I noticed the hotel is prioritizing the nice part of the building for weddings. The modern annex seems vacant and allocated . The block where the room was has little charm of a motel.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast selection was very good, the hotel accounted for all tastes. Fresh fruit was always a plus, I appreciated this. Poached eggs were cooked with perfection, I was so charmed.
Facilities
8/10

The walls were thin, and I heard the neighbors walking and talking. Rooms with outdoor areas invite smokers. I had to close my door to avoid the smoke.
Rooms

The room included a comfortable bed and a television with many channels. The bathroom had complimentary toiletries and fresh towels. the room was cleaned to a high standard daily and the minibar was restocked daily.
