Decent Hotel with Some Disappointing Aspects

I found the room to be quite small. Maneuvering between the bed and the television was difficult. The absence of a bathrobe and slippers was noticeable, as other establishments provide those. Room service was unavailable at night, despite the check-in leaflet indicating a limited late-night menu. The sauna was out of order, and there was no prior notification. the pool seemed much smaller than the photographs suggested, and the lighting was quite bright.

The pool and locker rooms were not clean. i saw mold in the showers and some insects there. the rooms were not soundproofed well. I could hear neighbors, and i had to knock on the wall.

I found the hotel's location to be convenient, being quite close to several restaurants and venues. The staff members were very polite. Their friendliness was striking. The car park being right next door was also convenient, with direct access to the hotel's second floor. Housekeeping kept everything super clean. Their attention to detail was apparent.

The room had a faint smell when I arrived. I resolved this after running the air conditioning for a short time.

I enjoyed the excellent facilities available . the spacious and warm common areas downstairs were a highlight. the staff were really good, especially omar at the bar. His professional service was really good. he created a cute environment.

I encountered a minor inconvenience. The air conditioning in the initial room was not functioning correctly. it required switching rooms before the issue was resolved, and even then, it wasn't completely optimal. this affected my overall comfort.
