great foodquiet spotsuited location
The breakfast food was great. Michael, the restaurant manager, found us a quieter spot. I appreciated this. The location suited our needs well.

The food was lovely. Holly's service was very friendly and professional. The rooms were warm and cosy. I would definitely come back again. The grounds were well kept and tidy. The room was very big and spacious.
The coffee and tea on the room tray were poorly stocked. The bedside light had not been checked, and it was not working upon arrival. Shower gel was almost empty when i arrived. i expected much higher standards.

Holly was very friendly and professional with superb service. Ewie in the claret bar provided flawless service and was a great host. Certain reception staff seemed disinterested. this was a minor issue.

The car parking was easy. The lobby was warm, and the receptionist was efficient. the service was very slick, and the food was well presented and tasty. the breakfast buffet offered great choices of well prepared food. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.
