the staff was very attentive. clare in the restaurant were very good too check allergens for my daughter throughout our stay. it was very useful.

The room heating was noisy. It blew cold air through the vents. the room was cold and when we requested to increase the heat, it only blew colder air harder. i wouldn't stay here in the winter.

The room was spacious and very clean. It provided ample space for our family. Breakfast included a generous selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereals, a full English option, and pastries. Everything tasted fresh. I also appreciated the staff's kindness. They were very helpful with our requests! The gardens provided a picturesque setting for a relaxed afternoon.

The pool water felt cold, impacting my experience at the spa, and the changing rooms were not heated.

the heating system seemed off. reception had to switch it on from THEIR end, BUT i wasn't informed about it at check-in. i came back to a freezing room, and even after they brought a small heater, it barely helped. i never got to enjoy a bath BECAUSE the room remained uncomfortably cold.

the hotel offered a large carpark with easy access. rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. the staff was excellent, displaying friendliness and politeness even during busy periods. food was really good across all meals with fresh ingredients and consistent replenishment at the buffet. food intolerances were also well catered for.

the bar's music was audible from my room. i had to contact reception to address the noise. air conditioning units attached below the window caused disturbances during the night.
