i found the pool and gym facilities very convenient they offer easy on-site parking. it was an easy walk to the nearby shopping mall. the staff members were friendly and helpful i was also pleased to find a starbucks on-site
the guest noise at night was disruptive especially young children running around. they were screaming and shouting in the hotel corridors i think a reminder of quiet times would improve the stay for all guests

the room size was large. the room was clean. it had everything i needed, from an iron to a safe. i also liked the refrigerator. the full-length mirror in the room was convenient.
the gym staff member seemed to overreact regarding my children's pool access. this was a slight inconvenience, but it was resolved quickly. everything else was fine.

I enjoyed the size of the room. It included a sofa and a large rotating TV for viewing from the bed or sofa. A large desk and separate sink area complemented the shower and toilet facilities.
