the room was spacious and very clean, i appreciated that. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. the hotel had great access to shopping and restaurants too
The wi-fi was definitely a problem. It kept dropping. they charged my card before checkout, not great, i didn't get any message about this.

I enjoyed access to the crystal club, it. pre dinner drinks were very good, and the staff were attentive. i also found the pool to be amazing. It offered a relaxing space with comfortable day beds for reading.
the room service delivery charge felt a bit high.
