the bed was very comfortable, i slept well.
the promised view of the darling ranges was non existent. i got a room facing a rooftop instead. the tv remotes also didn't work and the curtains had broken mechanisms. i feel like i overpaid.

The room was perfectly laid out. it suited a couple perfectly. the bath is amazing and it featured cool tech for the room. I loved that. the bed was comfortable. the mini bar had an excellent range of drinks.
The girl that checked us in wasn't friendly. the room wasn't cleaned daily. I asked each day for it to be done.

i liked the hotel being close to the river. it was easy to walk along it. the swimming pools seemed great, though i just dipped my toes in. i also caught a show right next door at the theater, nice.
the receptionist seemed a bit rude, not very cute. she did not explain anything, just asked for my card. it was a bad start.

the hotel sits right on the river, a bonus for anyone liking waterfront strolls, a footbridge offers easy access to the city. it is also convenient for getting to optus stadium.

My room was a beautiful king, the bed was comfy. i got a room overlooking the back, not the best view, but okay. the room was big. It even had a table. I enjoyed a glass of wine there.

the room was beautiful and clean! room service was great and the food was really good!!! the beds are very comfortable and i found the location with everything around amazing. it was a fantastic stay.
the poolside bar had issues. i ordered drinks on a qr code, but it didn't work. i ordered in person and it took half an hour for the drinks to arrive. also, a large champagne bucket cost $20! this took about 45 minutes to arrange.

The pool was beautiful. Our room offered space and great views. customer service was excellent. I really liked the complimentary champagne, it was such a nice gesture. the staff made it extra special.

i received an upgrade to a premier king room. the size was great and i loved the layout. the bed was comfortable. i appreciated the birthday chocolates and champagne.
the check-in service was slow. the pools felt very crowded. i found it hard to get a sun shade.
