the breakfast selection included a decent choice.
The king suite i booked felt quite dated, it had dirty marks all over the carpets and furniture. The tv in the living area only had terrestrial channels. the smart tv in the bedroom did not work properly, the remote control had a significant delay. it.

The curtains were dark. That was helpful.
the breakfast only covered two of us. i had to pay extra for my other daughter. the pictures showed a spa, but it had been filled in with dirt!!! also, the room card stopped working before checkout, so i couldn't get my luggage.

The room was very clean upon arrival. I found great water pressure in the shower. The gardens are beautiful. The car park is large with plenty of space.
The coffee machine in the room had limited instructions. Assistance was necessary to operate it.

The check-in process was seamless and efficient. A staff member immediately helped when I had trouble with the coffee machine. The assistance was quick and resolved the issue efficiently and politely.

The complex is well maintained. The gardens provide a tranquil setting for a walk. Kangaroos hop about, a lovely sight. The scenery is beautiful.
