blissful escape in the rainforest
private bathdelicious disheslocal produce
the private bath allowed me to soak while listening to the birds, frogs, and rain. the restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, with a menu that changed daily. i especially loved the use of indigenous ingredients and fresh local produce.
the walking paths were average.

the rainforest villa included everything needed for a comfortable stay. the outdoor deck featured a great bathtub enclosed with fly screens. i liked the option to close the side shutters for added privacy.

the pool offered a refreshing break during a warm day. the water temperature was comfortable. i saw turtles swimming in the nearby pond near the restaurant.

my lagoon villa had great forest views. the restaurant staff was attentive, and the food was delicious. (i especially liked the fresh ingredients.) i really enjoyed walking to the on-site waterfall, a beautiful spot.
