I appreciated the grand premier room. the harbour view was lovely, it showed both the bridge and the opera house. the beds were cosy and comfortable. I slept soundly. there was plenty of space for luggage.
my check-in was delayed, it took longer than expected. communication was also lacking, i wasn't kept informed of the progress. the building felt a little dated, it could use some refurbishment.

i found the staff helpful. colin in concierge gave excellent help for planning trips, this included information on travel ways and locations. joseph were really good too look after us and make it a night i remember. i appreciate his dedication.
the hotel did charge my card without full prior explanations on policies or authorizations.
