beautiful design coconut smell pleasant stay
i found the staffs friendly and helpful. the room had a beautiful design, the lobby smelled nice, like roasted coconut. i liked the bar downstairs named grain, it worth checking out. we had a very pleasant stay in a great building.
during my stay, the bathroom was a bit small. also, i could hear noises from the corridor and the neighboring room.

Excellent Service and Prime Location
short term parking convenient location really good service
Nasser at the entrance secured short term parking. This enabled a brief visit for our uncle who was unwell. The location is very convenient. The Opera House and Harbour Bridge are nearby. The staff delivered really good service. Everything was perfect.
The lighting configuration in the room was difficult to manage. There was a large light near the window and the only way to turn it off was to switch off every light. The light switches were very confusing. It was hard to get the room lighting right.
Location
10/10
The hotel is close to Circular Quay, The Rocks, and the Opera House. It is an easy walk to many attractions, including shopping and dining areas. The location is near the waterfront and public transport options, such as trains and ferries.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast items are available downstairs in the lobby for takeaway. The hotel includes one restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner, but lacks windows. There are better places to eat around, but the convenience here is great.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel has a spa, a well-equipped gym, and parking. The gym is fine, but not amazing, when compared to newer hotels. The pool looked a bit old and uninspiring. It's also short for swimming laps.

friendly staff perfect location
the staff was friendly. they was also professional. the hotel's location was perfect as it was near circular quay. an early check-in made a difference as i was very tired.
i noticed the building needs a major refurb as it looks outdated. our corridor smelled of old food constantly. this is maybe because the restaurant is not adequate.
Rooms
9/10
the room was spacious with lovely views. the amenities included coffee and air conditioning. the air conditioning pushed clean air without any smell. the view of the opera house was astonishing.
Dining
9/10
the in-room dining menu had various choices of food. the food included proper meals rather than just little snacks. this was convenient and satisfying. the breakfast buffet was amazing with multiple options.
Service
10/10
the staff was helpful and professional. they was ready to respond to any request promptly. the service consistently delivered unmatched care. the attention to details stood out.
Location
9/10
the location allows good access to the rock area. the hotel also grants good access to circular quay and the city centre. many restaurants and landmarks are walkable. this makes exploring convenient.
Facilities
8/10
the amenities included a sauna and a pool. the gym has enough equipment for any workout. i found this to be very convenient. there were multiple features for exercise.

slow lifts missing amenities
I was quite annoyed that the lifts were slow and consistently overcrowded. It was a frequent inconvenience. I had to contact housekeeping multiple times for basic amenities such as a comb and toothbrush. I did expect these items to be standard, especially given the cost (maybe the hotel is not as good as I thought).
