The staff were friendly and helpful, addressing all my needs promptly. I felt very welcomed. The room included a well-stocked mini-bar and modern entertainment system. I found the fitness center offered a wide array of equipment, and I used it daily. The on-site restaurants provided a variety of cuisines, ensuring there was always something appealing.
The elevators were occasionally slow during peak hours!

The breakfast had a great variety. Helpful staff served on the restaurant floor. I found in-room dining options great. It. I liked the valet parking. Though, I had to carry my own luggage from the car to the room via check-in. The room looked over the Harbour.

The location allowed convenient walks everywhere. Nearby restaurants and bars offered amazing variety. The staff demonstrated friendliness and promptly accommodated a plan change. It turned an average trip start into an awesome experience. The luxury lounge was excellent, and i found the bed very comfy.
