my room was a twin room city side. the check-in was super quick.. there's a rooftop pool, a nice touch.

breakfast buffet friendly staff faulty air conditioning dusty surfaces
i found the breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices it had a great selection of items. the staff was friendly and helpful i could easily ask them for directions or recommendations.
the air conditioning in my room did not work properly it made the room too warm. i also noticed dust on some surfaces it was particularly visible on the shelves.

the hotel is centrally located. it is near shopping areas and public transportation. breakfast offered numerous options.. i found something i liked each morning. the reception staff was always available to answer questions.
the room's city view was partially obstructed.

proactive assistance attentive staff
the hotel had proactive luggage assistance right at the entrance. i appreciated staff stationed in the lobby to readily provide assistance.
My room lacked a usb port. This made charging my devices somewhat inconvenient.
