the gym closed early on weekends, and this was a disappointment. i was hoping to use the facilities later in the day. the hotel system was down at check-in so i waited for 40 minutes.

the location is really central. it is near town hall station. the staff were friendly and helpful. the beds were comfortable (i slept well).

the bathroom amenities were really minimal. i think internet should be included for all guests, not just honors members. there was drilling noise near my level around 9am. (i was trying to sleep in).

I stayed in a beautiful king room for three nights and found it quite adequate. the location is excellent close to shops the bridge and many tourist attractions. concierge service was very helpful. They answered all my questions. the gym and swimming pool are useful amenities.
