spacious room big bed rainfall shower
the room itself was spacious. the beautiful king city view included a very big bed. two separate sinks and a rainfall shower were nice additions.
i noticed the gym felt a bit small for a hotel this size.

constant staff lift slow service
The location was good. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
I was disappointed by the noise level. I could constantly hear the staff lift next to my room, which disrupted my sleep. furthermore, the bar was overcrowded. It made it difficult to get a drink. the staff seemed overwhelmed, and service was slow. This negatively impacted my experience.

The venue was fine in a quiet but convenient location. check-in and check-out were quick and easy. staff let us drop our bags after checkout while we explored a bit more. This was very helpful.
