i found the hotel very clean. the staff were very helpful . i appreciated the central location as it made exploring easy. the hotel's funky design created a great atmosphere throughout.
the tv home button was broken! this made accessing hotel information difficult until it was repaired on the third day.

Mixed experience, aesthetic is not everything
faulty phone systeminoperable flush button
I encountered several issues . The phone system was down. This forced multiple trips to the reception for simple requests. The half-flush button on the toilet did not work. Only the full flush option was available. I noticed these inconveniences affected the overall experience and should have been addressed promptly. These issues.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to key attractions. Darling Harbour, Chinatown, and Circular Quay were easy to reach. The rail stop being just one block away was really convenient. I also found many restaurants and shopping options nearby. This location in the CBD.
