luxurious room, great location

I received an upgrade to a jewel suite for my wedding celebration. The location had a perfect score. access to the l train within the building made getting around simple. the sliding barrier and separate toilet door provided privacy, solving bathroom concerns.
The lack of a hotel bar within the lobby was a drawback since it's part of the casino complex. i had issues getting someone to answer calls to guest services. This affected my overall experience.

The location was great for easy access to restaurants and attractions. I enjoyed a meal at Flying Fish, and attending the MJ musical at the Lyric Theatre was very convenient. I received a room upgrade. It was a really lovely surprise. I will stay here again and recommend it.
The in-room menu was difficult to download. I had to visit reception for a physical copy. That was annoying.
