The location is a short walk from terminal 4. I found it convenient. The room was modern and CLEAN. I appreciated the blackout blinds. These made for good sleep. I stored luggage after checkout.
The self check-in kiosk had a problem. It affected several travelers.

The shower had good pressure. This was very welcome after traveling. There ARE blackout blinds in the room. The location is near domestic terminal access. It takes only minutes. There is luggage storage space.

The location provided easy terminal access. Staff service was prompt. The cafes downstairs offered convenient options for breakfast. I found a great selection, and the coffee was good. The shuttle bus took me directly to the airport departures section, helpful.
I noticed pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, which suggests the cleaning effort was only half-hearted. It was a bit off-putting!

the hotel is quite close to terminal 1 and directly across from terminal 4. i appreciated the super clean room. i found it convenient to book last minute and the hotel accommodated my request.
i noticed the pool and gym require an extra fee to use them

shuttle busself check-incheck inrude person
i found the location convenient because it was close to the airport. the shuttle bus service to the terminal worked well, especially because i had a bike box with me. the lobby and restaurant both had a lovely design. the self check-in machines were also useful.
check in was not good. i waited for housekeeping to check the room at 6:30pm, even though check in was at 2pm. this process took 40 minutes which i did not enjoy. the person i spoke to was rude.
