Excellent stay near the Terminals!

The hotel offered a courtesy shuttle bus directly to the terminals. It was cheaper than other options nearby while still providing comfort. Restaurant staff was very friendly. I also found the location to be very useful, only a short walk to the domestic terminal.
A small issue I noticed was the cobblestone entrance.

The hotel featured both a gym and a pool. They gave a pleasant break before my flight. The gym has modern equipment, like treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool area has many loungers and a shaded section.

Customer service stood out. The staff collected me from the airport and dropped me off the next day. The service created a seamless experience. This level of attention contributed positively to my stay. I recommend it.

the walk to terminal 4 took about five minutes , so the location was very convenient for early flights. the room included a well-appointed space with comfortable amenities. i found a restaurant and bar within the hotel , with italian meals and a selection of drinks.
i tried contacting the hotel shuttle upon arrival , but my calls went unanswered for an hour and a half. this was frustrating after a long day of travel , especially with luggage.

Check-in was a comedy of errors, wasn't it? It took over an hour. plus, the minibar charge was a fun surprise. apparently, i was accused of enjoying something i didn't touch. several messages later, and the charge remains, prompting a lovely dispute process with my credit card company. it is always great to start a vacation with a billing dispute.
