the shuttle service was prompt. it arrived quickly after my call from the airport. the buffet breakfast had a lot of options. i was grateful for the variety. the staff was friendly and efficient during check-in. they made the process smooth.
The air conditioning in my room was not very effective. it struggled to keep the room cool enough. the tv remote did not work properly. I had to manually change channels. the hotel room needed some maintenance, specifically, there was stained carpet and damaged furniture.
