Convenient and pleasant stay
quick check-inocean view
I found the check-in to be quick! and Brenda upgraded my room to an ocean view for a good price. The tropics bar and Grill had good food and a nice atmosphere. I really enjoyed the friday night firework SHOW, so magical!

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. the tapa tower room was recently refurbished. the ocean view was expansive with a beautiful bathroom and dressing area. the room and balcony were great.
the beach area was very crowded. it resembled a public pool.

the hotel has multiple pools available . there are many shops within walking distance of the hotel. food options are varied, with several restaurants and quick-service locations. the friday night firework show was a surprise.

the suite i was in was large and unexpected. the bed was comfortable for sleeping. the room had a nice balcony area. the refurbished rooms are clean and quiet (i did like this very much).

staff members are friendly and helpful to guests. the concierge was informative. at the bali oceanfront restaurant, i found the service really good. bonnie went the extra mile, thinking of everything (especially my dessert).

The hotel is by the beach. It's very close to the water. it is located near a beautiful beach (the location couldn't have been better!). shops and restaurants are within walking distance. the hotel is on waikiki beach.
