Absolutely Great Stay!

I find the service fast and friendly, especially in the restaurant. The breakfast offers a great selection, this include both continental and cooked options. I appreciated the free parking. It makes arrivals and departures stress-free. I also like the easy access to the bus stop for trips into the city center.

The bedroom needs a bit more attention to detail during housekeeping. I see some dust around the corners and under the furniture. I suggest this area needs more careful inspection.

The reception staff was super cute and efficient during my check-in. Restaurant staff was friendly and prompt. They make every effort for accommodate dietary requests. The spa staff was knowledgeable and helpful with treatment options. I like the quality of service throughout the building.

My room includes a very comfortable bed and very clean linen. The bathroom includes a rainfall shower and toiletries. The room offers ample space for luggage and movement. I find the décor to be modern and well kept.

I enjoyed the convenience of a separate bath and shower in my room. It was a Beautiful King Room. The gym offered an unexpected variety of equipment. It included a large range of machines. a good selection of weights. The breakfast was enjoyable and I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was very busy, and the pool area was quite crowded. There were only a few loungers available around the pool. The jacuzzi was full most of the time. I had limited access.

Breakfast provided a decent selection of options. I found the dining staff friendly and accommodating. The restaurant's atmosphere was nice too. Micah, the waiter, gave excellent wine suggestions from the menu.

The spa provided a relaxation room where I could unwind after treatments. The pool area included approximately 20 loungers with a shaded section for added comfort. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

A Solid Stay

The room assigned was a Classic Double. I noticed immediately that it included both a bath and a separate shower, a nice touch (not always found in similar hotels). The room was clean, which i always appreciate, and well maintained.

I had a minor issue with the time it took to check in. It seemed like there was a staffing shortage at that moment.

I got upgraded to the Penthouse King Suite for my stay. It was AMAZING!!! The room included fantastic amenities. the bathroom was top quality. The location worked perfectly, giving me easy driving distance to places I needed to reach.

I noticed there were no glasses in the room upon my arrival.
