good countryside retreat
excellent grounds attentive staff high standard
i visited for an empowerment retreat with a group of ladies. the grounds were fitting for our workshops. the staff provided excellent service. adrian, md, harry, sara, and ian provided customer service to a high standard.
i waited over ninety minutes for cheese and biscuits. breakfast on sunday was disorganised. i found this disappointing overall.

the afternoon tea was enjoyable. the menu offered options for various palates. the dining room had glorious window seats with garden views. the staff accommodated dietary needs.

sabrina from the events team was very helpful. danka, the general manager, was attentive. harry was humorous and graceful during the afternoon tea experience. iyad fitted us in at the last hour.

the room was clean and modern. our superior room was spacious. the bridal suite was excellent. the panelled dining room was elegant (i especially liked its look).

wonderful stay
delicious cakes warm welcome excellent service
the afternoon tea was fantastic the cakes made by sarah were delicious our host ian explained everything. the room was spotlessly very comfy and tidy service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble i would definitely recommend and revisit this hotel
