the staff was friendly, acceptable.

i was disappointed by the lack of alternative options when the rooftop restaurant got cancelled due to rain. the hotel was crowded, and it was impossible to get lunch. the café closed early, and room service took over an hour and a half.

The staff was genuinely helpful, which stood out the most. Every single employee was personable! i found the front desk at check in excellent. the doormen were friendly any time i came or went. they really kept changing over all the towels to keep them impeccably clean. The pool staff was pleasant.

I stayed in a corner king studio. It was very nice, clean and spacious. the dog bowls and a dog bed were ready for us in our room. the bed was comfy and i had views of the lake.

the rooftop pool was amazing. this hotel has an excellent sports facility. the proximity to budweiser stage for a concert is ideal. there is a service to go to the taylor swift show at the rodgers center.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area. the nearby parks are only a quick walk away. the area is safe to walk around. The hotel is super convient for concerts.

the food at roses was delicious. i had good vegetarian food like sweet potatoes, fried broccoli and vegan sushi. breakfast from room service was also delicious. i had a great view from the restaurant on the 28th floor.

Superb Stay!

This made accessing my room on the eighth floor easy. The corner room offered great views. I saw both the waterfront and the city. The window opened, a cool feature. I took advantage of the free Tesla shuttle with the gull-wing doors to Union Station, excellent.

The parking garage was a bit of a maze. It was not very intuitive to navigate. I encountered several dead ends.

The hotel boasts a rooftop pool, also offering drinks and food, a bonus! It smells nice throughout the premises. This is a cute detail that makes the entire stay much nicer.

The room had floor to ceiling windows. This allowed plenty of natural light. The bed was extra large, really comfortable, and modern! Blackout blinds are available, allowing guests to sleep in.

Every staff member was kind. they were courteous and friendly at every turn. they were great too.. i needed more pillows. It was just a text message away. i loved the proximity to the waterfront bike path.

i ordered food, and it all came separately. my main meal came first. then, ten minutes later, my husband's side dish arrived.. finally, fifteen minutes after that, his main course was.
