The hotel lobby displayed memorabilia signed by Queen Elizabeth and King Charles. The art deco restaurant lobby was beautiful. We received an upgrade to the exclusive suite floor. The staff were sweet and positive from bellhops to room service.

I noticed considerable noise through the walls from the adjacent room. I could clearly hear conversations next door. This made it difficult to relax. It took me a long time to fall asleep, and I did not sleep well because of this. A hotel of this caliber should address these issues.

The hotel is located conveniently. It is directly across from Union Station. It is also a short walk to attractions, like Queens Quay West and Rogers Center. The staff members were helpful. I appreciated the seamless check-in process. The valet service was excellent, especially thanks to Paul.

It took a long time to fall asleep. I slept poorly because of this noise.
