good locationdamp smell
the location was good after a show at olg stage.
Parking was off site and inconvenient for me. also, our room had a noticeable damp smell. This detracted from the overall experience.

Charmed by the Falls View!

The room provided direct views of both the American and Horseshoe Falls. This was a highlight of my visit. I also liked that the room featured a huge bathtub, a perfect spot for unwinding after a day of exploring. The hotel's proximity to many attractions and restaurants made going around convenient.
The check-in process was a bit slow, as I waited longer than expected to get my room key.

I found the staff to be quite accommodating with most of my requests, from extra towels to directions. Breakfast offered a great variety of options and the restaurant team was friendly. It.

i was very grateful for the amazing views from our room. i could see the falls right from my window and the fireworks were visible from our suite. the staff was friendly, and the rooms were very clean.
i found the self parking to be far and inconvenient.

The hotel has a great location, very convenient for seeing the falls at any time of day. it's close to the olg theatre. A shuttle service is available for transport to nearby attractions, which i appreciate.

The room was very clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable! it provided a superb view of the horseshoe falls, and the layout accommodated a family of four with two beds, and a pull-out sofa.
