Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff was attentive and tried their best to be helpful, but the service overall felt lackluster. The room I stayed in was spacious with a lovely view, but it was outdated and pricey for what I got. The location was a high point, being within walking distance of many attractions, which was convenient for me. However, the dining options could use improvement, especially regarding room service, which missed the mark during my stay.
I had a decent stay at the Omni, where the convenience to the State Farm Arena was a big plus. While my room was comfortable, some aspects like maintenance could use improvement, especially with the cleaning crew leaving carts in the hallways. The location is excellent for accessing local attractions, though dining options came at a higher cost. Overall, it offered good accessibility but faced challenges with service efficiency at times.
