Heavenly Spa Experience

We were pleasantly surprised by the food options at Proof, the on-site restaurant. The menu had a diverse selection, and everything we tried was absolutely fantastic! I particularly loved the gluten-free banana walnut pancakes—honestly the best I've ever had. Dinner was just as good, especially the tapas-style dishes at Talavera during sunset. What a treat!
