The staff was very nice and helpful. The bar and lounge had a cute atmosphere. I found a fridge in the room which was a nice convenience, and the bed was comfy. The receptionists provided great local recommendations upon arrival.

The hotel offered a central location, convenient for accessing nearby amenities.

The room lacked adequate lighting. The bathroom looked dated. I was also disappointed by the absence of coat hooks, difficult to keep our belongings organized. The decor felt generally uninspiring. The room was not particularly inviting.

the staff were cute. i found the restaurant lovely! they kept breakfast open late for some guests, this gesture showed great service. lounge access included alcoholic drinks and canapes in the bar, i thought it was a nice touch.

i thought the room was basic. the noise from a party downstairs was substantial that evening. i wasn't advised about this when i checked in, it impacted my sleep negatively.
