i appreciated the convenient location near the train station. the stylish decor created a lovely atmosphere. i found the room to be spacious and well-equipped. the bistro provided a relaxed space for drinks and bites.
the shower door in my room didn't close properly, so water spilled onto the bathroom floor.

the staff was friendly and professional, especially during check-in and check-out. reception staff accommodated an early check-in request with ease. nothing was to be too much trouble for the team members i encountered.

the hotel is a short walk from the train station and the city center. this made getting around simple and convenient for all my meetings. i found many attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance.

I found the coffee cups were not clean. They had visible sugar and coffee stains. the room phone did not function, so i had to go downstairs to call. This defeated the purpose of having a phone in the room. it was inconvenient, i expect working amenities.

the location was really central. the bar provided great martinis and snacks that i found excellent.
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. as a result the room was sweltering and i could not open any windows. the shower head leaked excessively and would not stay in place. The device to open and close the bath plug hole was also broken.
