The concierge, Charlie, assisted with my reservation. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! Priscilla, my server, provided excellent care. I enjoyed the pool and beautiful amenities. Everything was perfect!

charmed stay with nice service
friendly vibes amazing energy hospitable bellman quick delivery
i found sandor to be the best bellman. he had friendly vibes and energy. sandor was very hospitable, ensuring i got my bags quickly. i also got a complimentary bottle of champagne delivered straight to my room, so thoughtful!
the wi-fi was spotty at times, a bit frustrating. but the location made up for it!

adequate stay, some drawbacks
best drink oceanside drink great sunsets outdated room not clean
natalie at the bar makes really good drinks.. i had a must-try oceanside drink by the pool. the sunsets are the best there, i would definitely recommend it.
i generally had a good perception of hotels prior to staying here but the hotel was a let down. my room was outdated and not very clean. the air conditioning was set to 18 degrees celsius when i arrived, so i had to turn on the heat just to get the room to an acceptable temperature.

carpet stains peeling wallpaper
i was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in the rooms the room needed some serious maintenance i saw stains on the carpet and peeling wallpaper the furniture felt old and worn i expected better upkeep for what i paid the bathroom had some mold in the shower it really detracted from the experience
