My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The beach access had chairs included. I enjoyed the ease of ordering drinks at the beach.
The pool closed at 8 PM which felt early.

ocean view quiet room helpful staff small room pricey food expensive drinks
my ocean view balcony was great. it was quiet, clean, and modern. the staff was really kind and were always cute and helpful. the resort has everything with good restaurants and easy access to the beach.
the room was small for my family. breakfast could have been included for the cost of the room. the food and drinks were quite pricey, but i know you pay for the location.

charmed by the hotel
attentive approach super helpful excellent location
Lu was very helpful. He provided options and was attentive to my husband and me. i appreciated his hands-on approach. maxi at check-in was also super helpful and checked in to see how our trip was progressing. the location near restaurants and shops is excellent.
The hotel could use more staff to keep the grounds cleaner. I noticed some areas needed more attention. this minor issue slightly detracted from the overall experience. i hope management addresses this soon .

The hotel has a good-sized pool available to guests. i saw easy access to the beach from the hotel. prestons provides breakfast every morning. This made it very convenient to have breakfast in the room.

excellent stay
clean rooms daily service quick staff convenient beach access
I found the rooms quite spacious and clean, a daily service i certainly appreciated! the staff responded quickly when i needed something. the beach access was convenient. Orlando assisted us setting up our chairs. i found several good restaurants within walking distance. That fact was quite useful.
The check-in process was somewhat slow. That was noticeable.

The pool area has ample space, moreover, it is kept clean. i noticed the hotel provided direct beach access. It was well-kept. i counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes in the gym, it seemed well-equipped.

Staff members followed up with texts after check-in, asking if i had questions. they let me know they were available throughout my stay. i observed prompt resolution when the tv service was down the first night. It was handled efficiently.
Dining

I got takeaway breakfast from prestons every morning. It was convenient. bar collins has excellent espresso martinis. the pool bartender, shane, offered friendly and warm service. randy, the pool and beach server, was very attentive.

The location was next to the art deco district. It was an interesting area. the beach was of course directly accessible! many restaurants and stores were within easy walking distance. It was a practical benefit.
