I received a free room upgrade upon arrival! The staff was very friendly and cute. The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean. I found the pool and spa areas nice and quiet with plenty of beds to relax on.

The toilet paper was very thin! also the towels were not very fluffy.

The room had a super king size bed and a very wide screen TV. There was also an iron, ironing board, hair drier and kettle. The bathroom contained a bath and a very effective walk-in shower.

The hotel is located just a few minutes off the motorway. It overlooks fields and trees. This makes it accessible while maintaining a sense of tranquility away from the bustle of urban areas.

a super smashing stay!

i was greeted by amazing staff upon arrival! i got an upgrade to a better room, which really set the tone. the setting is totally good, with plenty of unique spots inside and outside to check out. i'm also super thrilled they have a spa and swimming pool even though i missed using them, it adds so much.

The shower in my room had a small leak, not a big deal, but i did notice it. A little bit annoying.

My room included a samsung 65" tv and round backlit mirrors. The bed was very comfortable! the bathroom was also super clean, and it included two separate sinks, made getting ready super easy. The modern design was fantastic!

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There's also a pool with about twenty loungers for folks to relax. Plus, they have a shaded area near the pool so you don't get too much sun. It's all really excellent.

The reception staff was friendly and offered assistance with parking. The staff in the bar were kind! they ensured everyone had a fantastic experience, and they were very attentive to requests. It really elevated the whole experience.

i had a fantastic dinner . the dining room was busy, but the staff were professional. i was impressed by their attentiveness and customer care. the food was delicious, and i appreciate the chef's work (especially after a long day). the hotel and spa facilities added a magical touch to my weekend with my daughter.

the room service only replaced biscuits once. it was not a big deal, but it was annoying at the time.
