the room had nice decor. the restaurant provided varied meal choices, including good veggie and kids options. being able to use the pool after checkout was a really nice touch. our kids had fun on a rainy day, very convenient.

i noticed coffee spill marks in the room. the bathroom also had some hair on the tiles. i booked a twin room, but i was given a double instead. this wasn't ideal for my travel arrangements.

The restaurant choices felt quite limited, and the service quality really depended on who was working. It felt inconsistent. also, for a building of its age, i saw a lot of wear and tear, including some leaks, that was a bit disheartening. the swimming and sauna were much smaller than they looked in photos. It got crowded, and the changing and shower areas were small. i found only two showers in the men's room and one in the ladies'.

i really liked my room. it had a comfy bed and a nice decor. the loch view was great (i mean, really great!). the leisure facilities were good, especially the poolwith a fantastic view also.

the coffee machine was very difficult to work, i asked at reception for extra coffee pods and was told i couldn't have any more as they are only replenished when the room is cleaned!

the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. staff were friendly and checked everything was ok. the food in the restaurants was enjoyable. there was a good selection of veggie and kids options too.

some staff were amazing and really went the extra mile to be cute. the blonde lady at morning reception was really friendly. ally at the spa offered a fabulous treatment. i experienced friendly service in the bar area.

The setting was beautiful. The hotel was beautiful too. the fine dining in the estate room created a lovely experience. It was certainly something special. i found the swimming pool and spa provided nice facilities! the room i stayed in was comfortable, and that enhanced my relaxation.

the coffee machine was very difficult, though i eventually worked it out.

The hotel's location near highland attractions was a great plus. i really appreciated the friendly staff. They greeted everyone warmly. the pool and saunas were a lovely addition after a day of exploring.

i found that the toilet in my room did not flush properly, an inconvenience.
