The spa treatments I received were satisfactory and met my expectations.
I found the room service to be quite slow. My order took over an hour to arrive. The minibar prices were also surprisingly high, even for a hotel of this category. A small bottle of water cost almost 10 EUR (which seemed unreasonable).

Wonderful Upgrade and Great Staff

We celebrated my wife's birthday during a busy wedding weekend. We were thrilled to get a room upgrade that included a balcony. This really enhanced our weekend. The staff were very helpful whenever we needed something and the facilities were world class, exceeding expectations.
Check-in time is usually at 4pm, but our room wasn't quite ready until 4:30pm, making it a little late to fully use the hotel's amenities.

The room was spacious with a comfortable king bed and a well-furnished balcony, offering a relaxing space. Storage was ample, with a large wardrobe and an additional dressing area. Underfloor heating in the spacious bathroom added a touch of luxury.

the hotel offered complimentary bicycles to explore the grounds that was a great addition. i found the extensive gardens beautiful it allowed for peaceful walks. the hotel bar had been recently updated creating a nice atmosphere there it was quite good.

The facilities and grounds were awesome! our room was so spacious, nice and neat! the staff were amazing and very helpful. breakfast at sika was a fab way to start the day. The selection was great and the views of wicklow are very nice.
the water wasn't replenished after the first night.

The hotel sits within fine grounds, right at the foot of sugar loaf mountain. The views across wicklow are totally fine. powerscourt waterfall is a short distance and is a must-see.

the sally gap restaurant had delicious meals, and breakfast in the sika restaurant overlooked the beautiful grounds. the children's menu also had some great options.

the staff are super friendly and helpful! ana at reception was also super helpful and friendly when we checked in. also, a very knowledgeable and friendly gentleman with curly hair at the distillery was fantastic!

the pool was a highlight. changing rooms and shower facilities were super clean and close to the pool. the hotel also had a well-equipped games room for entertainment and an outdoor play area overlooking the hotel and gardens.

The suite was lovely and had a beautiful bathroom. It included two sinks, a full-sized bathtub and a walk-in shower. The bedroom offered a very comfortable bed and the room was quiet. The living room features a coffee bar.
There was no assistance with our luggage upon arrival. The front area seemed unattended when we needed help. This created an initial inconvenience.

Breakfast in the dining room included full service. Guests could order from the menu or select items from the extensive buffet. Views of the estate enhanced the dining experience.
