underwhelming stay
cracked tiles high cost
the breakfast had a nice selection and tasted freshly cooked.
the room felt out dated. wallpaper was peeling. tiles were cracked in the bathroom, and there was mold. dinner cost a lot for what it was.

Really good Boutique Hotel Experience
helpful staff complimentary soft drinks ghd hairdryer provided robes
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the complimentary soft drinks available in the mini fridge. The room featured a GHD hairdryer offering a practical amenity. I found the provided flip flops, towels, and robes for the spa convenient.
The drink prices were higher than average but this was not unexpected.

The breakfast was amazing offering a wide selection of items. I had Sunday lunch at the restaurant and it was excellent. The bar offers a three course meal and the staff is very attentive to the clients.

The treetop spa provides a good retreat. I had full use of the steam room, hot room, hot tub and chill loungewith a relaxing space. The spa treatment was sensational performed by an experienced therapist.

beautiful decoration warm service stuffy bedroom excessive chlorine
the room was fabulous and beautifully decorated. the bathroom was amazing and the free standing bath was luxurious! food was good and service warm and friendly.
the bedroom became so hot and stuffy! the heaters were not on. i had to open windows to allow air in as we could not sleep. the hot tub had too much chlorine.

The staff were so friendly. The place was super clean. the room was beautiful. The spa was a real treat. dinner and breakfast were delicious. thank you for making our anniversary trip so wonderful!
