the staff member, faheem, gave us a complimentary late checkout and a free room upgrade. this kindness brightened our day. the room was very clean with no limescale in the kettle. it smelled like a spa!!!

dirty footprintssmelly chair
i was a bit annoyed to find the cleaning wasn't thorough. the shower had dirty footprints and hair (i really didn't expect that). i told the reception about a smelly chair in the room. they were rude and tried to blame the smell on me (this made things worse).

the staff were friendly and cute. the parking was easy, and the price was good for 24 hours.

I found secure on-site parking very convenient. check-in was efficient upon my arrival. The process was fast. the spacious executive room featured a very comfortable, large bed and a fantastic shower. the executive lounge access was included and provided unlimited snacks and alcohol.

the hotel is only a simple ten-minute walk into the city centre. its proximity to key areas makes it a solid base for exploration. this location ensures easy access to many attractions.

the breakfast buffet offered great welcome and top service. kit thaila and ylenhid were particularly helpful and professional. i found them a credit to the business and very attentive to guests.

small gymcrowded pool
i found some issues . the gym was quite small. it only had a few cardio machines, and i had to wait to use them. the pool area also felt a bit crowded. there were not enough loungers for everyone, and i had difficulty finding a place to sit and relax. i think it would be beneficial to expand the gym or add more equipment. increasing the number of loungers around the pool could also improve the guest experience.
